We offer flexible delivery times and multiple shipping methods to meet your schedule and budget.

Standard delivery times: For in-stock items, orders are processed and shipped within 15-25 working days from deposit confirmation. This includes order processing, quality inspection, packaging, and booking of shipping space. Custom or non-stock items require 30-45 working days for production and QC.

Expedited options: For urgent orders, we offer expedited processing with air freight delivery in 5-10 working days. A 15% expedite fee applies, subject to stock availability. Express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS) is available for sample orders and small batches, delivering in 3-7 days.

Shipping methods: We ship from Tianjin Port via four methods: Sea Freight (most economical for bulk orders, 25-40 days transit), Air Freight (5-10 days, for urgent or high-value parts), Express Courier (3-7 days, for samples and small orders), and Land Transport (rail/truck for Central Asian and Russian markets).

Order tracking: You receive a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. For sea freight, we provide the Bill of Lading number and vessel tracking. For air freight, the airway bill number allows real-time tracking. Complete shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) are sent by email within 48 hours of departure.

Shipping terms: We support EXW, FOB Tianjin, CFR, CIF, and DDP terms. Your proforma invoice will clearly state the chosen term and all associated costs with no hidden charges.
