Accepted Trade Terms

We support flexible trade terms to accommodate your purchasing preferences: EXW (Ex Works), FOB Tianjin, CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Each term is clearly stated on your proforma invoice with no hidden charges. For first-time customers, we recommend FOB Tianjin to keep costs transparent; for established accounts, DDP door-to-door delivery is available for selected destinations.

Shipping Methods

Four shipping options are available based on urgency and order volume: Sea Freight (standard, 25-40 days, most economical for bulk orders), Air Freight (5-10 days, for urgent or high-value parts), Express Delivery via DHL/FedEx/UPS (3-7 days, for samples and small batches), and Land Transport (for Central Asian and Russian markets via rail or truck). All shipments are insured, and tracking numbers are provided within 48 hours of dispatch.

Payment Methods

We accept T/T Telegraphic Transfer (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight (Letter of Credit for large orders), Western Union, and PayPal for sample orders. All payments are collected through verified company bank accounts; we never request payment to personal accounts. Formal proforma invoices are issued within 24 hours of order confirmation.
